Digital Skills Manager

Culture24 is looking for a full-time Digital Skills Manager to join our small and dynamic team of people who love arts and culture, understand digital and believe that cultural organisations have a vital place in a better world.

You will be working closely with our leadership team Anra Kennedy and Jane Finnis, supporting the development, management and delivery of Culture24’s range of programmes, services and products. Your role will be to successfully deliver high quality programmes of work that support museums and other arts and heritage organisations in building their digital skills, literacies, capacity and confidence.

You will be a person with high levels of digital literacy and understanding, who is keenly aware of the  strategic and practical ways that arts and heritage organisations are tackling the challenges and opportunities digital technologies bring. You will have a commitment to social purpose and inclusivity and have an open and enquiring mind.  You should be able to retain a sense of humour and clear judgement under pressure, and be confident in working with a high degree of autonomy.

This is a new and exciting role for someone who wants to play a central part in Culture24’s strategic work to support digital transformation and bring arts and heritage organisations into the 21st Century.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £35,000 to £37,000 per annum, with room for flexibility depending on experience

Location: Culture24’s office is in Brighton but we are open to remote working arrangements
