Otherworld Project Manager

£26,000 to £28,000 per annum depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

Culture24 is looking for an experienced and dynamic individual to support the successful delivery of Otherworld, the new festival of museum night-time events (Lates) aimed at young adults and launching in September 2019.  This is a crucial new role working closely with the Festival Director Nick Stockman, setting up, advocating for and delivering this exciting new project.

Based in our friendly office located in the heart of Brighton, but with flexibility to work in London too and conducting frequent meetings in London, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone with proven experience project managing either a festival, a venue with a busy events programme or similar, to join our entrepreneurial non-profit organisation at an exciting moment.

You will be someone who is goal oriented, with high energy levels who is confident working with a high degree of autonomy. Your experience will be in successful project delivery, management of multiple stakeholders, reporting, digital marketing and managing a small team.

Our ideal candidate will reflect the festival’s target audience – diverse, young and familiar with London’s current cultural scene – and will share our commitment to delivering cultural and social value as reflected in the festival’s vision, mission and objectives.

Ideally, you will be able to start as soon as possible in February. The contract is initially for approx. ten months (ending 30th November 2019) but with the option to renew for further years as the festival is established.
