Culture24 is looking for two hands-on, well established and highly talented individuals to manage and shape the marketing and social media for Emerge, our exciting new festival of museum Lates launching in London in September 2019. Are you an audience orientated marketer with the ability to communicate with our target audience of 18-30 year olds? Are you a knowledgeable and engaged social media user, up-to-date and eager to learn?
This is a brilliant opportunity to join our entrepreneurial non-profit organisation at the beginning of this new festival which is a game changer for the UK cultural sector, set to turn customers’ expectations of what museums are like and who they are for upside-down. You will be working alongside our fabulous partners including Livity, Dice, Big Issue and over 50 of the boldest museums across the capital.

Marketing Coordinator (Emerge Festival)

Hours: 23.5 hours per week, arranged ideally over three days but with some flexibility
Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
Term of contract: 6 months, starting ASAP (with the potential to renew)
Location: Minimum of one day per week at Culture24’s Brighton office, with the option of working the other two days from our Brand Engagement Partner’s (Livity) office in Brixton, London
We are looking for an audience orientated marketer with an up to the minute knowledge of digital media to run our primary communication to launch London’s newest cultural festival. You will need to coordinate, deliver, monitor and report on all aspects of the festival’s audience-facing marketing, as well as contribute to the organic side of our social media presence with support from the wider team.
Whilst the marketing strategy has already been developed, we need a highly talented individual to implement and manage it; ideally, someone who is confident in their ability, with experience and ideas that will develop our thinking and help achieve our goals more efficiently.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager, experienced and confident throughout the paid social process to help launch London’s newest cultural festival. You will be a direct response/performance specialist, able to utilise our paid social budgets to generate ROI and ticket sales in the lead up to the festival in September 2019. You will be highly analytical, with a keen eye for detail and able to contribute to our organic social media with support from the wider team.
While the social strategy has already been developed, we need a highly talented individual to implement and manage it; ideally, someone who is confident in their ability and happy to challenge our thinking and make suggestions to help achieve our goals more efficiently.
