We’re looking forward to attending the Association of Independent Museums’ National Conference at the National Civil War Centre, Newark, Nottinghamshire, on 20-21 June.

The conference theme for 2019 is ‘How to be a great destination’, and it will look at creative place making, becoming a great destination for your community, understanding your audiences, tips for creating an excellent visitor experience and case studies on how to attract groups to your museum and making your shop or café into a desirable destination – and much more.

If you’re coming to the conference and would like to find out more about Culture24’s work and how we can help your organisation, please drop by our stand for a friendly chat with Communications and Sector Support Manager Rosie Clarke: we’ll also help signpost you towards useful resources from other sector support organisations.

Our Editor and Content Manager Richard Moss will be on hand too to discuss how we can help you raise awareness of your collections, exhibitions and events through our public-facing website Museum Crush: do pitch him your story ideas!
