Museums at Night

The Museums at Night festival explodes into life every May and October, with hundreds of exciting after-hours events taking place at cultural and heritage organisations all over the UK: find out what’s on in your area here. All are warmly invited to take part and benefit from the UK-wide PR campaign: here’s how to register event listings as part of the festival. A £40 donation to Museums at Night will also land you a stunning collectable – a limited edition print taken as part of a festival event by top photographer Rankin.

Show Me is all about the wonderful world of museums, galleries and archives. We love the objects held in their collections, the stories those objects tell and the games and films museums make. We created Show Me to help you discover, enjoy and learn about those things too.

VanGoYourself encourages you to recreate classic scenes from some of world’s most famous paintings in a contemporary setting, which you can then share with your friends on social media. The site will feature works from Masters such as Van Gogh or Rembrandt – with over eighty paintings from more than 32 collections in 13 European countries all just waiting to be recreated!
