Digital skills and literacies
A free seminar from Google and the Arts Council curated by Culture24
Reaching audiences online, analytics and content strategies
Date: Tuesday March 22nd 2016
Location: The Digital Garage, Manchester Central Library
Time: 10am to 4pm, lunch is included
This informal, free seminar is designed for arts and heritage organisations who wish to improve their online presence, make better use of analytics to understand audiences behaviours, help their organisations get found more easily online and understand the basics of Google’s ads. The day will consist of expert presentations, facilitated discussions and case studies from the cultural sector.
Accessability: The venue is fully accessible for wheelchair users and we can provide sign language interpretation if requested.
Target audience: Up to 50 individuals working in arts or heritage organisations in England. Those attending should have some responsibility for the digital content on their organisation’s website. This seminar is aimed at helping organisations who have their own website, social media channels and access to Google Analytics, but are struggling to understand what success means for them specifically and how to achieve it.
Application for this seminar is now closed.
We would like a diverse range of people from across England and from a wide range of organisations to attend this event. If we are over-subscribed, we will allocate places on that basis.
